The plot has an enviable view at its rear North East corner. The plan harnesses the advantage through common verandahs and meditation spaces opening to this view. With the Vaastu parameters governing the plan the enveloping walls and windows are explored and detailed to create a soulful space.

It is a RCC framed structure spread over 3 floors with Ground floor being planned as walk-in official drawing room and provides for a good garden and 3 car park. The materials being worked with are Laterite stone, Mango wood, Jack wood, Sadarahalli stone, hand plaster.
